Shipping Policy for VNS Honey Shop
The following are our estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that we are a team of humans—working with human hands and human brains—and while we strive for excellence, we aren’t perfect.
Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2:00 PM will begin being processed the following business day (Monday to Friday).
Shipping
We ship domestically to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA. If you live near us, you might receive your order faster than if you live farther away. The USPS website quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. If a package can’t be delivered due to an error in entering your shipping address, VNS Honey Shop is not responsible for any additional fees incurred to reroute or reship the package.
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options:
- Order Cutoff Time: 02:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Detroit)
- Free Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri) via USPS or UPS SurePost. (Minimum order amount: $39.99, and $5.99 applied for under $39.99 order)
Change Of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected] or call us at +13478628164.
Multiple Addresses
We don’t offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you’d like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders by contacting us at [email protected].
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect address during checkout and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs required to resend the product.
Delayed Orders
In some cases, delays may occur. We will contact you immediately if your order is delayed beyond 11 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your package until it is delivered.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you receive a package that is damaged in transit, please, if possible, reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service immediately. If the package was delivered without your presence, please get in touch with our customer service for further assistance.
